By booking or joining any service with All Sea Sun Tour you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to book.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

2. Safety

Follow all captain and crew instructions.
Life jackets are provided and must be worn when required.
The captain has full authority to change or cancel trips for safety.

3. Health

Guests must be fit to travel.
Inform us of any medical conditions.
Boarding may be refused if a guest is unfit or intoxicated.

4. Weather

Trips are subject to sea and weather conditions.
If the Company cancels, you may reschedule or receive a refund.
Light rain/cloudy weather does not qualify for refunds.

5. Bookings & Payments

Full payment is required to confirm booking.
Prices are in KYD and may include taxes/fees.

6. Cancellations

Guest cancellations:
- Shared tours: cancel 48 hrs in advance for full refund.
- Private charters: cancel 7 days in advance for full refund.
No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.

7. Liability

Participation is at your own risk.
AllSeasun Tours is not liable for loss of property, injury, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
